Vasion Signature is an easy-to-use e-signature tool and the first application in the upcoming Vasion Automation Cloud that lets you upload and send documents for signatures directly to your recipient’s email. Recipients can sign documents using any device, from any location, getting them completed and back in your inbox faster.
Before e-signatures, getting physical documents back and forth to remote recipients was inconvenient for everyone. If your signers couldn’t come in person to sign, both of you were dealing with printing and mailing costs to send the document, which doesn’t encourage a quick turnaround for completion. With Vasion Signature, you no longer have to deal with these manual workarounds – and your recipients will thank you. Vasion Signature simplifies the process without compromise.
How it works
Vasion Signature allows you to upload, send, view progress, and manage your documents. The application features an intuitive layout that is easy to use for both you and your signers.
Initiating a signature request is simple:
Add signers by their emails to either sign the same document or sign their own copies in bulk.
Upload a document in multiple supported file formats: .png, .pdf, .jpeg, .tif, .jfif.
Place signature, initial, date, checkboxes, and custom text fields anywhere on the document.
Review details, manage signers, and add certificate requirements and signature timestamps.
Send the document out for signatures and track the progress status.
View, print, recall, resend, delete or export signed documents and audit histories to PDF.

What Your Signers Receive
Once you send your document, the signer receives an email with a link that directs them to the document to review, reject, or sign and complete your request in seconds, at their convenience. You are notified of every interaction with the document, so you can stay up to date on its progress.
Vasion Signature Makes Signing Easy
Vasion Signature alleviates several pain points that come from traditional pen-and-paper methods:
Get signatures faster: Vasion Signature reduces turnaround time for signature requests significantly, which is great for deadlines and overall productivity.
Save overhead and material costs: By going digital, you can reduce your printing, mailing, and material costs.

Ensure legal compliance: Vasion Signature requires signers to agree they are legally bound to the document and the Vasion Consumer Act, ensuring compliance.
