Vasion Is a 2025 Utah Top Workplaces Winner

We’re thrilled to announce that Vasion is a 2025 Utah Top Workplaces winner! This is the 12th year the Salt Lake Tribune has organized this award, solely based on an employee survey. The survey runs through the Energage platform and requires at least a 35% response rate for a workplace to be considered. Responses are anonymous and cover topics including whether employees feel empowered, valued, respected, and more.
Even with over 400 worldwide employees, Vasion manages to foster collaboration and a shared company vision. “Vasion does an amazing job of supporting hybrid and remote teams,” said Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Amanda Derrick. “Everyone I work with is a stellar communicator, generous with their talents, and ready to collaborate. With thriving Slack channels, candid Zoom calls, and thoughtful leadership that lives up to the company values, I feel very lucky to be working at Vasion.”
This level of employee engagement is far from new, as shown in past workplace awards the company has won. Earlier this year, we were awarded a TrustRadius Tech Cares award and listed in Newsweek’s annual Most Loved Workplaces in America in 2024.
