Fall Launch 2026

Print That Keeps Working. Work That Moves Intelligently.

Move from printer drivers to driverless printing and keep the features, profiles, and audit records your teams rely on. IT sets the guardrails once, and departments build their own AI agents and workflows for the document work that follows print.

What's New Summary

The latest and greatest this fall.

Your business expects IT to adopt driverless printing and AI without breaking what already works. New Vasion features let you do both.
Here's a look at what's new:
  • Driverless printing: Keep the profiles, features, and reporting you rely on
  • Print Fleet Health: Fix issues before tickets pile up with one console
  • Custom AI Agents: Read, reason, and route documents into workflows
  • Workflow Printing: Print as a step in any workflow
  • Service Agent Management: Monitor and update service agents in bulk
  • Connect Your Environment: Support both Microsoft Intune and Dynamics
Use Cases

Supporting everyday work.

You already support the teams behind these processes, now see what automation does for daily work.
Transition with Confidence

Ease into driverless printing.

Microsoft is retiring the printer driver in favor of manufacturer-built Print Support Apps (PSAs). It's a more secure direction, and PrinterLogic supports the same feature set whether you run drivers, driverless IPP queues, or both in one environment.

Third-Party PSA Support

Vasion PSA support runs alongside the apps every major manufacturer already built, so going driverless doesn't mean losing the device-specific features an OEM-heavy fleet depends on.

IPP Profile Enforcement

Apply the same duplex, color, tray, and quality profiles you relied on with drivers, now over IPP. Admins can also choose to enforce profile controls one by one or leave them open to users.

Driverless Job Reporting

Get page counts, dates, and job outcomes across driver-based and driverless queues. Your audit and environment reports stay consistent as you move fully driverless.
Accessible Intelligence

From document to done.

Time and context disappear after printing, when someone still has to read, match, file, and sign each document. Let AI agents and workflows handle the routing, with guardrails set by IT.

Vasion Intelligence (Beta)

Custom AI agents read, compare, and review document content to find the work that needs action. Departments build the agent they need, and IT controls what each agent can access. An approver reviews anything an agent isn’t sure about before the workflow continues.

Workflow Printing

Print can now happen at any point in a workflow with the same secure release and security settings associated with users. A copy of the finalized document can be automatically printed when the process calls for it.

Connectivity Where It Matters Most

Write results back to your system of record, file every document in an automatically named folder, and send signatures using templates, all inside the workflow.

Proactive Fleet Health Monitoring

Fix it before it becomes a ticket. Spot offline printers, low toner, and critical errors in the SNMP dashboard, then monitor Service Agent health and push changes across your fleet in bulk instead of logging in to each one.

Session Timeout and Token Controls

Added flexibility for admins to set session timeouts, token expiry, and force reauthentication or disconnect user sessions.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Connector and Setup Tools

Route documents to the right printer without browsers or firewall changes, and use reusable print profiles to easily deploy PrinterLogic Output.

Secure Mobile Printing With Microsoft Intune

Enforce app-protection policies through Intune across every identity provider you run, with no separate mobile process.

Named a leader by IDC.

Vasion was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Print Management Solutions Independent Software Vendor 2026 Vendor Assessment.
IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model is designed to provide an overview of the competitive fitness of technology and suppliers in a given market. The research methodology utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a single graphical illustration of each supplier’s position within a given market. The Capabilities score measures supplier product, go-to-market and business execution in the short-term. The Strategy score measures alignment of supplier strategies with customer requirements in a 3-5-year timeframe. Supplier market share is represented by the size of the icons.
